Refund policy

All Personalised Products
We cannot offer refunds for any orders that have been personalised. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Damages and issues
We always endeavor to ensure your order is received safely. However, on rare occasions a product my be damaged during shipping. Please contact us so we can fix the problem as soon as possible for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds / Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods within 14 days of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment,

We are unable to issue a refund until we have received your return.   
For non personalised returned goods you have 14 days to return the goods in its original packing, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
