Shipping policy

We deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales via Royal Mail , DPD, Evri

Delivery costs vary depending on the products as shown below, The cost of shipping for your order will be clearly stated on the checkout page.

Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase, you can find them in your order details page if you created an account and were logged in when you placed the order. If you didn’t create an account, please contact us and we’ll send you the tracking details directly.

Any parcel that have been left in a safe place chosen by you, have been stolen this is not our responsibility.

We accept no liability for any missing orders if the tracking information for the parcel is showing the order as delivered to the provided address. 

Postage & Packing

We package and ship using envelopes / large letter boxes and small parcel boxes depending on the products purchased. If multiple order we aim to package and send all in 1 or more boxes. We use Royal Mail Tracked for most of our shipping and will update the tracking information as we get ready to dispatch. For FREE postage items Reindeer Dust / Labels we send free 2nd class letter / large letter shipping and not tracked,
